Simple, easy to learn meditation techniques for relaxation, to quieten the ‘monkey mind’ and find peace, greater happiness and harmony in everyday life. The breathing techniques we teach are traditionally called Pranayama - from yogic traditions, these are used for detoxification, rejuvenating the whole body and clarity of mind.
Benefits of regular practice
Through a regular mediation and breath-work (pranayama) practice you will be calmer in your mind, more peaceful in your way of being and the mind chatter will lessen, reducing anxiety and stress levels. You will be able to better cope with anything that life throws at you, and you will be more able to accept the uncertainty of life, as we never know what is going to happen, or what changes will occur in the next moment.
Meditation recording and Cue cards
You will receive some guided meditation recordings to use at any time, as well as a set of meditation cue cards. These cards are handy to keep on your desk or beside your bed, as a daily reminder to meditate, breathe, taking a moment to reset during the day or relax before bed for quality sleep. They are also handy to use if you are a classroom teacher or parent to guide your children through their meditation practice.
