Student Terms and Conditions

Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions; Including our payment, cancellation policies and COVID safe policy.
These apply to both online and in studio services.

Your health and wellbeing

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that they are able to attend any yoga, breath-work or fitness routine provided by Levanta Yoga Studio.

Clients accept the risk of injury from performing exercises and are advised to consult their doctor prior to beginning any session.

If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor or specialist prior to attending classes and programs.

Instructors are trained within the discipline of Yoga, they do not diagnose or prescribe on a medical level.

Your self-care is your responsibility, and we ask you that you stop the exercise immediately if you are experiencing pain (as opposed to discomfort).

Before class please inform instructor of any medical conditions or injuries which may warrant additional precautions to be taken in class.

Please inform the instructor if you are pregnant. Modifications are recommended depending on the trimester, some postures are not to be practiced at all. Consult your physician before commencing a class or program.

When attending classes and programs you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Levanta Yoga Studio, it’s instructors or its members for any personal injury, property damage, loss or theft or wrongful death.

All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form from a parent or guardian.

Bookings are made subject to the studio’s right to alter the programme as a result of circumstances beyond its control.

On Site Classes

Levanta Yoga Studio reserves the right to refuse admission to the studio.

Clients must arrive no later than 10 minutes before class start time. Late-comers may not be admitted to class after class start time.

The use of cameras and recording equipment and mobile phones is strictly forbidden.

Clients must book for all classes, even when they have class passes, as there are limited spaces available.

Clients are expected to come wearing appropriate clothing & remove shoes entering the studio.

Levanta Yoga Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items under any circumstances. Please refrain from bringing valuables into the studio.

No glass bottles will be permitted in the studio.

Online payment policy

By purchasing a class or participating in any Class/Program/Event you agree to the terms and conditions as outlined on this page. This agreement commences once you have registered.

Payment for all classes must be received on the day or days prior the scheduled class date to ensure your place.

Packages cannot be transferred to another client and must be used by the person specified at time of purchase. By purchasing your class pass you agree to use all classes sold by the expiration date chosen at time of purchase.

Partly used passes are non-refundable. Clients cannot split or share passes.

Classes are always subject to availability but we will always do our best to accommodate you in your chosen class.

Cancellation policies

All classes must be pre-paid and all clients agree to a 24hr notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. If you are booked into a class and cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice you will not be refunded. Please see below for individual class cancellation policies.

Please talk to your instructor in cases of serious illness, hospitalisation, bereavement etc. Levanta Yoga Studio will be as accommodating as possible.

Weekly in-person (studio) and outdoor class cancellation policy

When you purchase a course (4-9 weeks) that course must be attended within the stated weeks of that booking. Missed classes cannot be transferred over into subsequent courses. Levanta Yoga Studio cannot refund missed sessions within the courses. Course fees can be made in instalments and must be fully paid no later than one week prior to commencement of the course.

If you purchase a 5 or 10 class pass, you are required to book the classes you want to attend, and you must use the sessions within the given time frames, but not after your time has elapsed. Sessions you did not use will not be refunded or transferred.

Your course or class passes will only be suspended in the case of a COVID lockdown or unforeseen serious weather warnings.

Corporate cancellation policy

Single events:

Full payment to be made 2 weeks in advance.
Cancellation policy: Up to one week’s notice 50% refund.
Thereafter, no refund.

In-Person 4-9 Week Programs:

Payment one week in advance of first class.
If you cancel within 48 hours, you can reschedule your program.

Your class will only be suspended in the case of a COVID lockdown or unforeseen serious weather warnings.

Online 9 Week Programs:

Payment one week in advance of first class.
If you cancel within 48 hours, you can reschedule your program.

Retreat cancellation policy

Blissful Mama Renewal Retreat fee is non-refundable. Tickets must be cancelled within 48 hours (to allow for someone to replace you on the waiting list).

If you cancel a Mini Meditation Retreat ticket (held monthly) within 48 hours, you can transfer your ticket over into a subsequent retreat. After this time your ticket is non-transferrable.

Fundraising Event Cancellation Policy

No refunds available on tickets sold to any of Levanta Yoga Studio fundraising events.

Cancellation policy for private clients

If you need to cancel a booking Levanta Yoga Studio requires 24 hours notice. If you cancel after 24 hours before your class commences you will not be refunded. If you are late for a session, Levanta Yoga Studio will do its best to accommodate you, but may need to finish at the allotted time.

Data Privacy

Your contact details, and any other details you share are kept on a password-protected device. These details will not be shared with anyone outside of Levanta Yoga Studio.

‘Talking About Your Yoni’ Workshops with Taylor Louise

These workshops are intended for educational and information purposes only, they are not intended to replace medical care that you may be receiving or need to receive in the future. Taylor and Angie may discuss generic use of yoni eggs, yoni steaming, and menstrual cups but these workshops cannot convey any personal use of such things. For advice you should always ask your healthcare provider and specialists.
